Virtual fitness has been a main stay long before the pandemic began. But even more so now on demand classes and workshops are a mainstay for trainers and coaches to reach their customers regardless of location.

Virtual fitnessWe have a global team of fitness instructors, yoga teachers, dance tutors and alternative therapists to teach all kinds of fitness styles.

Why not bring your team together online to work out together. It’s a great way to kick of a busy day or breakout at lunchtime for a brain blasting workout to blow away the cobwebs and retain focus for the rest of the day.

We also create bespoke sessions where our instructors will then field questions about fitness development as James and Claire are doing here after an intense HIIT workout!

Our instructors are hand selected for their energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise. We spend time perfecting their content for the online space coaching them in virtual production and providing expert advice and equipment to upscale their delivery for your enjoyment.

And why not mix things up and do a super fun dance tutorial ! Virtual Fitness does not have to be serious moving our bodies to our favourite soundtrack can be equally powerful and hilarious as a team.
