The Experience Collective team are very aware of the current issues faced by companies regarding in-person events due to the challenges that Covid-19 presents. In response to this, we have escalated the launch of our ONLINE LIVE content.

The stronger the immune system is the milder the effect of the virus which will help reduce the health risks and the impact on productivity. We must also be mindful to manage the stress of isolation and ensure people remain connected and supported through this difficult time.

What should we focus on?

Although all of our Inspire, Connect, Move and most of our Heal services can be streamed live. We are particularly focusing on interactive group sessions to connect remote teams and support their mental health and general well-being:

– immune-boosting activities such as breathe work, nutrition and supplements advice

– mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, mindfulness, sound baths and movement practices

– fitness classes such as body weight, dance classes, HIT training that requires no equipment to boost morale and fitness at home if people cannot access their usual gyms and classes.

– family support such as kids club activities such as art fun, laughter therapy, singing with disney characters, kids yoga, storytime, kids dance classes, hoop sessions, kids cookery, fitness PE classes.

Connection and education

Our practitioners and experts have alot of experience running remote training, classes and workshops for small to large groups; live workshops streamed from studios; 1 on 1 online coaching and some treatments can even be delivered online particularly energy work such as Reiki.

Most workshops and classes don’t need equipment or at the most a yoga mat and cushion.

We particularly recommend LIVE online training via Zoom or streamed through internal systems to encourage the connection and interaction of remote working teams. Groups of up to 10 work best for this but we can also work with much larger groups – one of our nutritionist delivered to 400 plus staff for a company only yesterday!

The other great thing about working with video is playback. The content can be recorded so it can be rewatched – very useful for techniques and classes that are beneficial to repeat. And of course to share with a wider audience at any time in your or your client’s company.

Our content – off the shelf and bespoke

So far we have over 200 off the shelf inspirational workshops and classes most of which can be delivered online. Including some powerful treatments which can be delivered remotely. The beauty of online content is we can handle small to large numbers in many locations simultaneously.

Our practitioners and partners are highly experienced, qualified experts in their field selected for their unique and groundbreaking content. We have been developing the wellness side of this team for four years and it’s constantly evolving. To see the kind of superstars and world changers we work with check out our social accounts as we feature one of them every week.

Our off the shelf list is just to give a flavour of what our expert team are capable of. In addition to these, we excel in creating bespoke exclusive content focusing on a specific need, theme or project. Or maybe you want to reach a particularly vulnerable group within your team such as families with young children? There are endless possibilities for connection, development and support.

Our experts can even support and create digital content and media to increase the reach of your investment to a wider audience.

Groove Om Yoga

What we recommend

For these kinds of activities, we recommend 30-60 mins sessions to maximise attention for the content and keep this fresh and interesting.

We also recommend making it interactive with questions and answers either as the focus of the activity or after the content or techniques to encourage the cohesiveness of the team from their remote locations.

For immune-boosting focus, we recommend talks and discussions around nutrition – such as how to eat well, improve your gut health, the power of supplements. Activities such as Breathe work (think the Wim Hoff method!) there are many techniques which are incredibly powerful to improve circulation and bring energy into the cells reducing stress and boosting the immune response.

Also, any kind of mindfulness activities to suit all experience and abilities – yoga, meditation, mindfulness, sound baths, movement, connection ceremonies – all help to take us out of fight or flight mode, reducing physical stress and bringing us into the moment.

The coming months are going to be challenging in many many ways and we need to arm people with the knowledge of how to manage their isolation and their health to reduce the impact this will have and to help encourage focus and problem-solving in high-stress situations.
