We will feature four of our amazing worldwide team offering 1 hours worth of FREE workshops, classes and DIY treatment tutorials designed to inspire you and offer you an hour off from the lockdown world to focus on self-care, mindful practices and playful movement to help boost your immune system and relieve stress.
This is our free hour of epic content for you and your friends, families, colleagues and teams to enjoy. We will also send out the recording to all those that register in case you cannot make it on the day.

Our contributors this week are:
1pm – Barbara Cox – Bournemouth UK – a Nutrition coach, speaker and European wellness council representative. Barbara will hold an interactive webinar about the “Top 12 Immune boosting foods” – how these foods play a great role in your daily physical and mental performance. Fight food fatigue and plan your next shop with these easy to source, nutritious and delicious foods.
1.15pm – Debbie Williamson – Sunderland UK – Advanced skincare technician and beauty & Aesthetics trainer. Debbie will be holding a DIY daily facial and skin health Q&A. A step by step daily facial with easy, simple hints and tips to take your skincare regime up a notch during lockdown.
1.30pm Laura McRae – Miami Florida – founder of Alone Together Yoga, an experienced yoga teacher and dancer. Laura will be delivering “High Vibe Yogi” a Dynamic Yoga Intro fusion class. Yoga, dance technique and compound exercises woven together to bring optimum heat for vitality and strength. It’s a playful practice with joy as the goal and flexibility & breathwork as your guide. All levels welcome.
1.45pm – Hannah Goodman – London UK – Owner of Grounded, a Breathe work specialist. Hannah will be delivering a “Beginners conscious breath experience” where she will guide you through a conscious breathing practice, including some takeaway exercise for you to use day-to-day. With a direct impact on blood pressure, stress, mental health and your nervous system, finding a sense of balance and calm has never been so easy.
